AI voice agent that calls Spanish landlords and estate agencies and books your viewings.
Moving to Spain and the agent only speaks Spanish? Marta calls them for you. She is an AI voice agent who phones landlords and estate agencies in Spanish, explains who you are and what you need, checks the flat is still available, asks about pets, deposits and paperwork, and books a viewing at a time you are free. You get the recording, a transcript and an English summary of every call, plus a WhatsApp confirmation. If an agency wants to talk to a person, a Spanish-speaking team member steps in. Marta always says she is an AI. It works anywhere in Spain, for renting or buying, and you only pay when a human actually answers: 3 free Results, then packs from 49 EUR.
We check every business before it goes live. We don't endorse their work, so do your own checks too.
