What if I need the NIE urgently?
We will flag realistic timelines. Some consulates have long waits. We do not have special access or fast-track capability.
Does this include the TIE?
No. The NIE is just the number. The TIE (tarjeta) is a separate physical card for foreign residents, issued once you have the right to live in Spain: for example after a visa, as a Withdrawal Agreement resident, or as the family member of an EU or Spanish citizen. We cover the relationship between them in your notes.
Is this legal advice?
