What this is
Arrival Admin Planning is not arrival concierge. It is a written planning service for the first weeks and months in Spain — not in-person support, not live interpreting, and not “we handle it for you.”
The first weeks involve a stack of admin: padrón, TIE, healthcare / S1 / private insurance, bank account, mobile / internet / utilities, driving licence exchange, digital certificate / Cl@ve, and school admin where relevant.
We prepare a personalised written plan that tells you what to do, in what order, what documents to bring, and which appointments need booking before you travel. You book and attend them yourself.
What you receive
Written deliverable: Arrival Admin Plan
- Personalised arrival admin timeline (first week, first month, first 90 days)
- Padrón registration steps and document list
- TIE appointment guidance and checklist
- Healthcare registration notes (public route, S1, private insurance, SIP card)
- Bank account opening: what you need, which banks to consider, common obstacles
- Mobile, internet and utilities setup notes
- Driving licence exchange guidance (post-Brexit rules)
- Digital certificate / Cl@ve orientation notes where relevant
- School registration timing and documents (if applicable)
- Professional referral prompts (gestor, health insurance specialist, tax adviser)
- One written Arrival Admin Planning Pack delivered by email
- One bounded follow-up round within 7 days
What is not included
We are clear about this because it protects you and it protects us.
- Booking appointments for you
- Attending appointments with you
- In-person orientation, local concierge or hand-holding on arrival
- Live interpreting or Spanish call-outs
- Translation at appointments
- Property viewing or rental negotiation
Typical examples

Who this is for
- People who have secured their visa or right to reside and are preparing to arrive
- First-time movers who want a practical checklist rather than figuring it out as they go
- Families with children who need school registration information
- People who want to hit the ground running rather than spend their first month in queues
Who this is not for
- People who want a concierge to handle everything on arrival
- People who have not yet secured residency (sort that first — the Readiness Review or visa services are better starting points)
- People who are not yet sure which town they are moving to (area selection needs to come before admin planning)

Common questions
When should I do this — before or after arrival?
Before ideally. The pack is most useful if you receive it 2–4 weeks before you travel, so you can book appointments in advance.
Do you book my appointments?
No. We tell you how to book them and what to bring. You book them directly. This keeps the service affordable and preserves your direct relationship with the relevant offices.
Is this arrival concierge?
No. Arrival Admin Planning is a written planning pack only. We do not offer in-person support, live interpreting, appointment accompaniment or local concierge as launch services.
What if I don't know which town yet?
You need at least a municipality to make an arrival plan useful (different towns have different processes). If you are still choosing an area, start with the Readiness Review and our free costa guides.
Can I combine this with Family Settling Planning Support?
Yes — they complement each other. Arrival Admin Planning covers the practical setup; Family Settling Planning Support covers schools, children and family-specific needs.
