Can I stay on Free?
Yes. You can submit a free profile without a card. We review businesses before publishing them, and you can keep a Free profile without upgrading.
Is performance reporting included?
Yes, on every plan. See recorded profile views, contact clicks and enquiries where those contact features are available. Views are not unique people, and a contact click does not prove an enquiry or sale.
How do I upgrade?
Sign in to your provider portal and choose your plan. Your listing needs to be claimed and approved first. Checkout shows the total before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Standard and Premium are free for 30 days. Checkout asks for a card, and you pay nothing if you cancel before the trial ends. One free trial per business.
How does billing work?
Your plan renews automatically until cancelled: monthly, or yearly where you choose it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Existing early-adopter arrangements are honoured.
What is the founding price?
The first 25 paying businesses keep the price they sign up at for as long as they stay subscribed.
Can I promote properties or offers?
Yes. During our property pilot every approved business gets 5 reusable slots, whatever the plan. An active slot holds one published listing: archive a sold or unavailable property to free the slot. Every submission is reviewed before publication.
What do the badges mean?
Paid plans show a Featured badge, so visitors can see they are promoted.
Do you take commission?
No commission on your sales. Standard and Premium are a flat monthly price. Partners on the per-enquiry plan pay a fixed fee per enquiry, never a share of the sale.
