  • Car: Recommended for year-round living. Parking in the centre is difficult in summer (paid zones, high demand). Outside the centre, most apartment blocks have underground or surface parking.

  • Train: Salou station (R14/R15 Rodalies) connects to Tarragona (15 min), Reus (12 min) and Barcelona (1h 30min). Useful for city trips; not practical for daily local errands.

  • Bus: Local buses to Cambrils, Tarragona and Reus exist but are infrequent compared to cities.

  • Walking: The town centre and beachfront are walkable. Beyond that, car or bike.

  • Cycling: Flat terrain makes cycling practical. Bike lanes exist in parts but are not comprehensive.
