- Beaches: Llevant (main beach, long and sandy), Capellans (quieter, western end), Ponent (family-friendly, calmer water), Llarga (nudist/nature beach south of the town).
- Passeig Jaume I: The palm-lined promenade — walking, cycling, people-watching. Restaurants and bars line the route.
- Camí de Ronda: Coastal walking path connecting Salou's beaches. Part of a longer route that runs to Cambrils and beyond.
- Lumine Golf Club: Two courses (Hills and Lakes) on the edge of town. Open to non-members.
- Local markets: Weekly markets for produce, clothing and household goods.
